Mortgage Investors Corporation was founded in 1938 for the sole purpose of serving American homeowners.  We are proud members of the Mortgage Bankers Association and have been approved as a mortgage lender by the Federal Housing Administration, the Veterans Administration, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
